Sharon began her illustrious career as a Make-up Artist at Flori Roberts Cosmetics. There she was quickly transitioned to management, where she excelled in sales and training. After several years of being the top sales producer, Sharon was promoted to Regional Sales Manager, where she was responsible for and led all sales functions of the Southern United States. Sharon further distinguished herself in the cosmetic industry when she became the catalyst for inspiring, cosmetic giant Ivax to acquire the Iman cosmetics line in 1996. In 1999, Sharon joined Color Me Beautiful, Inc., as Vice President of Marketing. Her intuitiveness, ingenuity, and leadership paved the path and in 2003 Sharon Boone became President of the company.
Sharon’s decisive business acumen lead to the conception of the celebrated Patti LaBelle line and Sharon was the thought leader in making Patti LaBelle one of the most successful African-American celebrity-endorsed fragrance lines. Sharon has led marketing teams to produce some of the most innovative national advertising campaigns as seen in Essence Magazine and other national publications. Sharon also conceived and spearheaded Color Me Beautiful’s Kiosk Sales division. Sharon provides overall strategic guidance, training, field management and inspirational leadership for the kiosk and home-based business divisions. These divisions both empower women to own a business and transform their financial future as they encourage others along the way to follow.
Sharon is a graduate of Winston-Salem State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Sacred Music.
She now leads Total Beauty Images Services to usher in a new dawn of empowerment for women and men looking to embrace and enhance their true colors!
